Stats end up doing a lot more here, you want as much ammo, cloud radius, and burn as you can, and at least 76% burn as that allows for the max amount of stacks
Mobility is mobility and damage only affects the hit that applies the burn so it basically doesn't matter
Overpressure seems good cuz it's a free power bonus but it only applies to that initial impact and not the burn, so it's GARBAGE
Blaze away does tho, so that's the main blessing you want
Until overpressure gets fixed, the other 2 options are either quick flame or inspiring barrage for either RL speed or safety
