bloodthirsty is a fixed 100% crit chance so it is better with non crit builds. crit builds you waste all your other crit chance

Realistically, the Evis15 sees a lot of value due to how the special lights work, how a crit gives more ticks of damage during shred heavy and how it absolutely steamrolls everything
