I still didn't get the weapon stats system, is it all random ? I'm talking about dmg% and stuff

If a guide is telling me to max all stats and leave mobility at lowest (60% ?) is it independant of the current stats ? (can I upgrade it to max even if it is currently like at 9% ?)

Like buff said the more you master the weapon the higher you can promote it. If you have spare coins buy the blues from the shop, sacrifice them to level the desired weapon and sacrifice mission rewards too

Hellbore auto charge should have been a thing by default (or something equivalent).. I undertand that is why some people don't like it.. Because of the Charge time. Personally me I learned to deal with it because its the most versatile option for Vet

Though I wish a lot of the other ideas received more discussion or attention. Hellshot Las Rifle isnt the only idea I have seen over the years. Another example I saw was someone was asking to change one of the Keystones to Heavy Gunner.. More plasma ammo, reduced heat build up and faster vent times

covering fire is bad, i'm not sure how much value you get out of ET with this build, and it's certainly unecessary when you're also taking out for blood.
wifi is unecessary and field improv is probably just better, though it doesn't matter much if it's only auric.
survivalist is better than fire team.
i'd personally only take one node on shout. especially if it's only auric, revive shout is unecessary as you can likely get a revive off just using normal shout.
no need for rending strikes or focused fire, i would 1000% switch some nodes so you can get exploit weakness on the right tree, especially with rashad.
i prefer one motion over longshot for plasma but if you think the swap time is fine as is then you can keep it
other nodes you could change are born leader and target down (you have more than enough tn regen already with just out for blood and confirmed kill)

glory hunter on plasma is also really not necessary and may not have the best uptime and you may miss some breakpoints by not having rising heat

The Hellbore and iLas need to be played the same.. at a distance. If you are getting swarmed then it means you are too close. Also the Las's arent for shooting nearly everything. You want to pick off the most annoying or dangerous targets

That said.. the VII has less tagger than the IX. It means that its Blessing choices that are effective are limited

When iLas was a meta some years ago.. Most people did run Ghost and Deadly Accurate but I found No Respite and Falter did more damage than that. And it became a standard of my build. I went Infiltrate to reposition when it gets that bad (I know people hate it but it works even in higher difficulties). That repositioning allows me to take another run at them with the IX

Then later as things got patched, I moved to the Hellbore. I can't remember off the top of my head which Hellbore model but I know it was the long barrel one with the highest possible stagger. I applied the same IX strats there

While it may be true that the blessing is borked, I think somehow the IX is still registering it. I am not certain why but either way.. I would say if its borked then I would do Head Hunter and Deadly Accurate to try and make up for the lost damage of Respite

For Hellbore I guess Weight of Fire and Sustained Fire. Because I know it takes me 2 to 3 hits on Crusher headshots to down them. That blessing will certainly trigger

Any thoughts on this build? dueling sword has been a nice damage dealer/mobility tool and handles bosses well enough, boltgun is used as a DMR and a mag dump tool when swarmed, smokes to provide cover for me and teammates against gunners, enhanced target priority to give my team wall hacks.
