For Veteran no. I don't use the Keystones. I never saw a need to. I see I am not the only one. I have noticed Auric builds without them as well. About the only commonality between Vet builds is the weapons. I am not certain about now but I know for awhile, the Hellbore Las was seeing a lot of use

Energy leakage is the better choice for damage but not exactly recommended. Without wrath you will lack cleave in trash and mixed hordes
