however, rending has a soft cap once the adm hits 1, where its effectiveness is quartered (10% rending becomes 2.5% damage basically), so things with better damage into armor naturally recieve significantly less benefit

Has anyone managed to make that "reload weapon backstab kill" perk work in a solid way? Not only feels particularly complicated to use outside of invi zealot, in that style you already want to take extra damage when not targeted, so anything else feels taxing

To be honest with you chief, no but I am dumb and the whole stealth play-style for Veteran feels so disjointed to me I gave up after like 16 hours of testing

Exactly it just doesn’t work right, it feels so…bland I would have loved some Catachan Jungle Fighter inspired CQC type build where the Combat Knife, Heavy Sword, or Devil Sword could have thrived

I feel that the "I'm a regenerating Krak nadé" style isn't bad, but the positioning of some perks doesn't make sense, like that reload perk and the grievous wounds have no synergy with that style and probably would make more sense in the left side that is more open combating

I never really enjoyed stealth in general and unfortunately zealot always felt bad to me…especially since I can run around with a Blaze Force Greatsword with Psyker and get a higher dopamine hit when I hit that fat wave of death

Psyker seriously got rampage with how powerful he is now (he really needs it's peril to amp the damage he takes to decrease those buffs, make peril actually risky!

I mean is Peril risky? Like with Scrier Gaze I am at 100% Peril and with Warp Unbound you just don’t explode, and you can just animation cancel between swings, spike your Peril with a quick head pop and start nuking again

Most of my deaths in Havoc so far have been from Crushers because ✨Rotten Armor✨

It isn't, it's basically a fancy ammo count, that's why I want it to be more that if you use the powerful Psyker powers your defenses are reduced, to counteract the many defensive perks we got when we were already stupidly strong

That way the risk of staying at 100% peril doesn't just banish so you have to manage hat you are in higher risk of getting nuked if you are not careful, the reward is that you can nuke everything that opposes you, but when you slip just once you burn like Icarus
