at 2.5% proc rate, in a 2k kill mission, it's active for 400 seconds or just under 7 mins

in about a 30 min mission

Since we're talking about realism, statistically it's going to be proccing at the points with the most amount of enemies on your screen being dealt with. Which is arguably exactly when you need it active.

Because Recon has bad finesse
