I like the recon too. My build uses headhunter and infernus w/ flak and maniac damage. For talents I run Deadshot and target down. Curios are stamina and toughness. It's pretty ammo efficient for havoc and I find it handy for ranged enemies and crowd control

Similar to captain bosses in that they are protected by a shield. They will have a slightly weaker shield strength, and less health (70 percent), and will empower enemies around them with the pox gas effect, as befitting a caster boss. They will float above the crowd slightly, and attempt to maintain range, but line of sight.

Attacks:

Brain Burst - The enemy psyker targets a reject, causing them to cry out that they're being targeted. Dealing enough damage to the psyker causes them to break the brain burst. If the burst succeeds, if rejects toughness is over 50 percent it instantly breaks and they take a crippling mobility penalty for a few seconds. Having under 50 percent toughness while being brain bursted inflicts one wound worth of damage.

none of the damage stats can go lower
you don't really want to lose ammo either
so the only thing left is charge rate, but you still want some because it affects firerate for uncharged shots
