I have probably 700-ish hours with bolter on Vet, and played it prior to the buff this patch. Had no issues clutching if I played correctly with it, nor should you be reliant on teammates to be effective

Especially paired with knife, you should have all the mobility/spacing you need.

Hip fire charge speed at 80% Charge Rate on a Plasma is 0.60sec. It only depreciates from there, depending on your setup. The delay you are experiencing is from the M1 input to the weapon firing.

If you look at Path's video above, that is the latency. Near instant draw, with the small delay due to the hip fire charge speed before the shot leaves the weapon.

80% of the time i hate using it

and it actually feels pretty good to use

but imo theres no reason to use it over a lasgun

I don't get too worried about long range enemies when I use recon lasgun, I use deadshot so it's pretty accurate even when spraying down range

Hellbore is good for two things being used while Wearing Deathkorps of Krieg Drip and Melee Combat

Because it has a Drip Factor when used with the Death Korps of Krieg Outfit and thats it

Plasma is how I got it. Plasma gun, on an Assassination mission.
Can grab few ammo clips throughout the mission.
If you have left over rounds, dump them into Assassination Boss.

Rounds gained from Survivalist will not void the Penance, as long you don't switch back to your gun. Once you use all your shots.

You can get a lot of sprint speed but that’s all u rly get
