if you're willing to spend possibly millions of dockets keep rolling for 68-69 thermal resist and 71-72 charge rate. If you get a 68 thermal make sure you test it out in the shooting range to see if it shoots 8 shots before wasting resources on it

if you only got a few thousand dockets then you just dump charge rate, or if you're lucky you get 70-75 thermal resist and a little more charge rate back. None of the other stats are worth losing any points over especially for plasma

it took me 2 mil for my 68/72, and i probably got lucky that it was enough thermal to reach

Theres not really been a poll but general consensus is it is too strong.
The left click is the real problem it does too much and negates the entire charge mechanic as a result.
