tri-spear gives u spear light attacks (4 atk combo) and when u do the backstep lunge attack it shoots out swords for additional dmg

poison is apparently really strong but
spirit spam (non-able) with gold fury mask for focus is just flat out the best build for high NG+

With the buff to the opening salvo talent being 10% crit chance on the first 20% of your mag will go hog wild on stormtrooper
I really want unarmored and maniac on the las pistol, because it already has a solid flak modifier

Scriers Gaze and Disrupt Destiny are better than Executioner's Stance and Marksman's Focus (except for the funny rending you get from Chink in their Armour + Rending Strikes with some weapons that have poor ADMs)

For me I can get quite a bit with 1 point
or just letting you grab a bit more survivability/versatility for ES lasgun loadouts
Now I can afford Enhanced Target Priority more often for the fun squad support

I'll admit one thing I'm looking forwards to is the new blessings for the tactical axe... the new dodge blessing in particular is catching my attention for providing a really powerful survival tool
I got my eye on that with the duelling sword MK 5
seeing as ES stance veterans tend to struggle a little bit on that mark (good at range, fold far too easily up close)

I wanna combine it with weapon specialist for giant dodge sliding hyper mobility kiting with agile making it so I can chain it
though... biggest thing I'm looking forwards to is the oppertunity to "fix" my perfect roll mg12 lasgun, it got stuck with 1 less useful blessing and I've been hanging on to it waiting for when hadron would take another look ^^
even if the mg12 isn't the "perfect" option
I just want to have a vraks 7 with 10% crit and weakspot damage
They should just combine those two stats into 10% finesse damage perk or tweak the math so it companies the total value

it really used to be absurdly good...
again, back in the day it would oneshot body shot pretty much everything when in exestance, jusy eclipsing the other options entirely.
I just know the three genders of lasgun being firerate/balanced/damage
path mentioned it needed ike a 40% dmg buff at least to be remotely viable again
aye, the big issue is that it's particularly vulnerable to breakpoints... just the nature of enemy balancing despite it probably being the most comfortable lasgun in terms of handling due to how bouncy they are
which, in fairness, is reason enough to use it. you don't NEED the best gun if you can get the preformance you want out of it due to the soft factors (which is why I still love it)
and the same reason I can't get on with the mk9 headhunter... I can't stop myself moving and destroying all of it's precision while doing so (where the mk7 just feels like silk)

because the sheer damage output on it? definitely worth it, just would need to adjust my playstyle quite a bit to accommodate that effect

I think cleave distribution still applies, it's the whole "Ignores enemy hit mass" that's the big important part 
well BM no longer works on crushers/ogryns because of ogryn shovels being busted
cleave distribution does not apply if you oneshot weakspot kill the enemy, up to 4 times per swing
so sunder is the real goat in the end
you will deal first target damage, as if it was the first target hit, after you consume all 4 or you don't oneshot weakspot an enemy, normal cleave distribution starts from that point

they're different effects. rending affects the armor damage modifier (damage multiplier to the damage amount) while 25% carapace damage affects the damage amount

Weakspot and crit damage perks are almost never worth taking
Due to how they work
The damage bonus applies only do the bonus damage, ie the difference between the normal hit and the crit
So if you hit for 100 and crit for 110, 10% crit damage makes you do 111 damage
base rating goes up to 380 so probably yes. though with the update on the 26th you can just upgrade the base stats on your bolter and modify all 4 slots so
So I don't need to worry about hording plaststeel and such in the event I DO get a new bolter to modify it up, right?
if you get a better bolter it's not like it'll get moldy if you don't consecrate it fast enough
so feel free to do whatever with your plasteel in the meantime

This is just for the perk by the way, as it does not compete well with other options
Something like the 30% weakspot damage talent is taken for most setups
Even then, taking the weakspot talent is because its just on the way to better talents
Also vets taking executioners stance are getting +1 point next update
Squad Highlight + Ogryns so everyone sees the 8 Crushers in front and tunnel visions them so they don't notice the 8 Crushers from behind until it is too late
Ogryns and Shooters for more up time tbh, but more supportive would be squad highlight + shooters
They seriously need to make it where if allies are in coherency their kills count towards your ES refresh

mk4 heavies have enough cleave to hit 3 scab bruisers and that's enough for me so i go shred too
In dt cleave is not that good on weapons that have even a small amount of it cause dmg falls off drastically

Also rampage tooltip is wrong, it gives power not damage
Savage sweep is a very strong blessing for mk4 chainsword

8.0 base cleave so having savage sweep lets you deal minimum damage to a lot more enemies, especially if you do the dodge/drag tech
And mk13g just needs wrath cause it uses lights to clear

the listed values for effectiveness vs armor types on a weapon and it's swings
Relying on plasma for carapace is just wasteful when knife is the best anti-carapace for veteran
As of now anyway
knife has a unique "crit adms" which are all above 1.0 (100%) effectiveness so rending isn't as important if you have enough crit chance and then slap on precog for boosting that damage further
but, if you are going bleed or not getting a ton of crit chance, or just want a safe general boost, uncanny is a must
serrated blade? uncanny mercy. want to force bleed, uncanny flesh tearer.
cause bleed has it's own ADMs
unarmored and infested aren't affected by rending
but unyielding, carapace, and flak all get a lot more effective if you have uncanny+bleed

Double checking, hold on. I suspect shit tooltips are to blame and that it's not actually any adm adjustment, rather that some strikes have different crit and weakspot multi's.
It is doing the damage it says on the breakdown, but the value is inconsistent with what it says on the finesse stat

that wouldn’t make sense, a 25% increase to next to no damage would still be next to no damage
since almost every single form of damage is still an increase of its base value
it’d have to be multiplying the damage 3-4x to have an effect like that

The base value is severely unreliable for melee weapons, as it's only for the first attack. A mod confirmed different strikes have different base damage.
And it's not an issue of adm between strikes
