Oh I have no fucking idea. Penances in this game are fucked. I was screwed by a literal rounding difference on my zealot for the 25% healing penance for the longest time because the amount healed rounds down if it can't be made perfectly 25%, which means you can only ever heal 24% of your health.

Alright veterans, I rolled the stats for a good Zarona Revolver but the Perks and Blessings are less than desirable.

+8% Ranged Damage (Groaners, Poxwalkers) almost certainly is going to be rerolled for +25% Damage (Flak) unless I'm given a good reason why not. The bigger question is the T1 Hand-Cannon and T3 Sustained Fire. A higher tier Hand-Cannon I would almost certain keep but +18% damage on second, third, and fourth shot seems like it ain't bad for the bigger baddies that would take multiple shots anyways.

the bigger baddies take multiple shots, but you lower the amount of shots needed by taking surgical to get crits (to also proc hand cannon). just critting on the first shot does more than sustained fire, so sustained --> surgical is definitely the move
i can't say much about handcannon 1 vs 4 and how that affects breakpoints
But what i can say is that flak is much less important than +elite damage. +Elite lets you oneshot dreg gunners without a crit and reduces the shots to kill a crusher (but i've only tested that with t4 handcannon). Scab gunners and shotgunners already get oneshot. Flak might change something for bodyshot breakpoints but i don't remember that information

i'd recommend testing elites vs t4 handcannon with loadout config before making that second change

I must work soon but I can offer a neat strategy to get On Overwatch that has helped others get it much easier

Grab Infiltrate, Low Profile and Overwatch talent nodes. Infiltrate stealth lasts 8 seconds. Low Profile also lasts 10 seconds and gives you -90% threat reduction when stealth breaks meaning if you are near a team mate you can literally shoot your gun and watch enemies walk past you to beat up the poor Psyker you're standing next to instead. Overwatch talent node gives you +1 charge at the cost of +33% CD. Infiltrate normally has 45 sec on CD. With Overwatch it has 2 charges and recharges every 1 min. Put Combat Ability Regen perks on all your curios to lower this CD. Use this with Tactical Awareness talent for -6 sec on ability CD per special kill. Get an ability CD reduction stim ASAP. Chain your Infiltrate and Low Profile during spicy fights to keep aggro off you and stay near the team. If things get extra hot pop CD stim and prepare to use Infiltrate more to keep hidden from the fight. You CAN still fight because during Low Profile you have the threat reduction. If an enemy hits you once? Pop Infiltrate immediately. Restores toughness to full and On Overwatch Penance only counts HP DAMAGE as failing it

You can also underhand throw grenades without breaking stealth

MII has very good ammo efficiency
Mk VII has cleave so it's very good for crowd clearing

Mk VI is very easy to stack Onslaught, and is good time-to-kill
