I recommend just using one of the reload speed talents instead that perk could go towards more dmg. Tactical reload is a good one to get if you’re using a shell weapon like a shotty or revolver and it loads faster

Finesse is good because ideally you'd be hitting the heads but it's finicky because ideally you want your axe to be 1 shotting already to their heads
