this was actually my first time! idk i just applied what i know about cooking regular pancakes, oiling the pan, using medium heat and only flipping the one time :0 depends on what you're having trouble with! with flipping once the pancake is cooked enough i actually flip it forward by lifting up the spatula so it topples over (if that makes sense). making sure oil/pan is heated enough before making the pancake also helps a lot!
finally some real food in here 
reporting back on this: i went to go try out some other kimchi and got this at whole foods, its pretty good but a little closer to the spicier side

by far the crispiest of the bunch with the most balanced flavor, although it does have some fish sauce so it does have a different smell
I still think the first one was the best so far though, loved the spice

honestly pound cake being a little dry is often bc of how much butter is in it since butter firms when cool
you gotta wrap it up after it cools enough after u bake it so it gets moist
this recipe is better to make ahead since it gets a better texture after a day or two
solely butter based cakes are kinda tricky like that bc it gives such good flavor but it's never gonna be as moist as oil cake unless you use multiple types of fat in the cake
but then its not a butter based cake anymore
anyway long story short: fresh out the oven yeah it's p dry
but a couple days later it's fine

i think generally most pound cakes and other loaf cakes freeze and thaw well too so you can always make it and freeze and thaw

dunno where my aunt got this from, but she came over to the house and gave me this cause she knows I like kimchi. this is the least spiciest of all the kimchi so far, but the vegetables in turn feel fresh thanks to it. no fish oil as far as I could tell either so no strange aftertaste. definetly could see this working well as a topping to a dish that just needs some freshness

KIMCHI REPORT 6: Cosmos Classic Kimchi (bought at 99 Ranch Market)
Holy shit it might be the best one by far. Fresh tasting vegetables (even when at room temperature because I forgot to put them away), not too spicy but just right, the fish sauce not being overwhelming, even my mom who doesn't like kimchi too much liked this one. I highly reccomend this one to anyone who wants a mass produced kimchi jar

I got really drunk and brought my cheese and when me and my friend were socializing I just handed it to people and half were like “why are you just eating a block of cheese” and the other half were like “YOOOO PARMESAN”
made some non-dairy quiche(s). eggs, coconut milk, spinach, non-dairy cheese, turkey bacon, home made pie dough (flour, vegetable shortening). overbaked them, so dough was incinerated. but still yummy!

i use russet potatoes actually! and i boil dem :3 i know i said baked but it kinda is i guess…
so here’s the recipe
boil eggs, and boil potatoes separately (salt the water!), should be done after like 20 min for the potatoes, and like 8-10 mins for the eggs depending on how many u use (for a whole family i use like a whole bag of potatoes and like 12 eggs but for urself just like one of each should be enough lol), then in a bowl i mash the boiled potato in the egg, put some mustard like one squeeze, like a scoop of mayo, salt n pepper and yummy potato salad topper
u can put veggies if ur healthy but if ur like me and dgaf it doesn’t really need any
u could add onion and green onion
peel the potato if u want i don’t really care unless little roots are growing out of it (then i usually strip her naked…)

one of my fave things with toast is avocado, skinless and boneless sardines, red or green onion, sliced tomato and garlic salt and pepper
sardines are more hearty tasting than tuna and get a bad reputation for no reason

i tried the new arizona liberty lemonade flavor, it tastes like a melted bomb pop but not as strong
