Unless I missed the part where they give renown from other sources the current numbers for f2p farming are as follows:
Daily missions- 50
Weekly logins- 400
Battlepass (free)- 4 000
[Battlepass (paid)- 4 000 for low spenders]
And 500 from the Maestro missions.

Unless the other weeks from the season do give renown, you are looking at just 1 000 Renown every 20 days from daily missions alone. For one operator you would need around 600 days of daily farming without counting any other source. If we assume that each month we have a season with roughly the same amount of renown that's ~4 000, + daily you will have 33, 000 after farming 6 seasons (6 months), that's around 6 new operators you need to skip before you can afford one and then 6 more seasons of farming with 6 more operators before you can afford the next one. (a bit less with the BP)

I hope I'm wrong and the game gives more sources of renown because even Chinese gacha games give more free currency than this, this is battlefront 2 levels of "You don't need to spend money here"
