I don't use rooter app for the streaming part. I just bought some giftcards 2 month back for flipkart and swiggy for my employees. Now when I checked my account, I found that rooter has charged me 199 two times for some "Pro" thing which I did not subscribe to. I tried calling but no one picks up calls. No one responds on whatsapp.
You are a d2c company and don't have enough support agents. I there any other way I can contact this company?
