Oh gotcha honestly it’s either a keypad phone or a smartphone in this day and age. You could use an app locks which blocks the app and it doesn’t let you unblock then until the said timer is over. It lowkey should come from within, what you could also do is do a digital detox (really hard for someone like me who was addicted to YouTube) and then you don’t feel the need to use YouTube and other social media again it will be too much to handle or for your liking

lansen are horrible to learn as a new player, early jets are really dookie too, sk60 used to be decent and pretty fun but it isn't anymore.

my suggestion would be finding what suits you best between mig 21 and lansen, mig21 might be easier to learn but it still can be painful to grind with it bc it gets boring though it's easier to get kills with even if you are not that good.

Don't get me wrong they can be fun, but without premium you get burnt out and it's pure pain until you get to viggen which just takes time to get used to for the awkward cannon placement, once it clicks though it's a really good aircraft.
