i did 12h twice, what is more important than hours per block is your mindset and how you start the day. Do how many hours you feel most comfortable with

don't do it if it's not necessary, it'll only exhaust your body mentally and physically, and you're only likely to get at the very most 4 hours of deep, intense focus out of those 13 hours, the rest would be spent at possibly less than ideal focus rates, and those 4 hours are only attainable if you really master deep work. And in order to get 13 hours of deep, valuable studying. You'd need to have already ruthlessly cut distractions out of your life. So in conclusion, not worth doing unless it's a critical emergency
