I have ADHD, Im also off meds, I over time have built up forcing myself to study and stay focused by giving myself deadlines rather then like the actual deadlines for the assignments/work, for example I have a paper thats due on friday, I know if i can finish it on wednesday night, I get to ride my FGFS bike all of thursday without worrying on the paper. hope it helps

can second this, also have adhd and took ritalin for years but been off it for quite a while. def can recommend pressure to do something via artificial deadlines for example. also i'd say try to create systems (routines you follow) that lead you to your results instead of relying on motivation. You might relate to this, but at least for me its incredibly difficult to start with something i dont really want to do. Try to make the thing you need to do as easy as possible (for studying, its things like cleaning your desk and preparing everything so that your desk is setup for studying) and eliminating any distractions that might cause you to stop doing what you gotta do. So disable notifications or put your phone away entirely, for me i like to study in a library so i also get that little bit of extra pressure cause everyone around me is studying as well, i suppose you could try to create that in this server as well by trying out the study rooms if you haven't already

when you're struggling to start tasks, don't worry about having to finish it and just focus on starting. those of us with adhd tend to struggle with "all or nothing" thinking, so just think about opening a page of a textbook or writing the first sentence or even the first word of an essay, doing just 1 practice problem, etc

Add extensions to make a barrier tbh I do remove them extension when i am feeling super low and depressed but it does help reducing the time into half like when you are doing smth it will take more effort to open YouTube than doing the task itself
