We have mentioned on multiple occasions that the ticket system is meant for reporting members and nothing else. Additionally, we are not looking for any sort of help with maintaining and monitoring the server. The server was made to fulfil a certain task (studying) and us mods are here to ensure the smooth functioning of the same. We have also given you a warning where we clearly listed out the reasons for not responding to the ticket and have also addressed your concern. As such, please refrain from continuing to open tickets for any reason apart from the one I mentioned above (to report members).
Also, you are responsible for your digital safety. We can only assist up to the point of removing members that seem to be engaging in such behavior as we do not hold control of much else. If you have your photographs and real name online, you would likely face problems due to it wherein your privacy and other personal information can be at risk.

I don't know but my guess is that your device enters "phone call" mode and that affects any other app playing audio. It also happens if you make a call on your phone at the same time music is playing for example.
