Basically you watch a 3minutes motivational video and do your stuff when your struggling.Stop doing it Watch an other 3 momite motivational video including a video or use ai which explains you how to solve your problem.then repeat it Untill you complete 1 chapter.Then Take a pop mix test.Basically take random qiestion thrrough out the chapter and dont forget to solve the extra questions given at the end of the book.Then when you have completed this session take a shower During the shower Watch a comedy show for example Max amini.And when you come out lockin again
