well idk any online stuff but i found a book for speed reading in my house. there is some info and practice guide and the rest is just paragraphs with questions. so maybe all you need is a learning how to practice and some practice questions. if you want it to be free maybe check out some articles and practice it with some questions online. or get a book like that.
when i was practicing it for an exam i just timed myself reading and answering questions. it eventually got better. perhaps check out some books in a local library

hmmm... I feel like Godot will make you appreciate game dev easier. Sure, Unity is powerful, and everything is there, but if you want to start, it may look overwhelming; I personally recommend Godot because it's open source, it's kinda like a fresh grad who always shows up and gets things done, just need to give it a chance :)

it's a node based philosophy. everything is a node. all the complex stuff are made up of bunch of different nodes with their own functionalities.
