I basically just copied what Reysu did in his video. You put basic daily tasks on one side and I like to put workouts or something big I did that day too. And then on the other side I put bigger tasks that I want to complete by the end of the month.

I have a big PC for most Heavy lifting and also one of those really handy 360 degree Laptops.
The lower screen on the left is just an external Monitor theoretically for my laptop. It just runs of an USB-C Cable and gives you a flexible second Monitor when you're somewhere else.
But I figured, might as well use it when I'm at home too.

it's just.. ahh, i bought cheap, broken X220i only for the keyboard. I figured it would be cheaper than buying just keyboard. I wanted to swap it and mount it in my X230. The thing is, this keyboard worked on X220i - lights were lit and power button worked. I take this X220i apart, unpin the keyboard, the touchpad, i do the same in my X230, I try to isolate those three pins in the X220i keyboard and mount it in my X230 but the power button does not work nor lights lit up. So in desperation i exposed those 3 pins anyways knowing they will burn, mount the keyboard again and nothing. X230 does not react. So I mount the keyboard back on the X220i to figure out if it still works. Nope, X220i does not respond either. And when I was unplugging the keyboard again, I broke the edge of the ribbon and i think i severed one wire. Either way, X220i lays on my shelf trashed and my X230 still works fine with its original keyboard

i best suggest POP_OS!, which is based on ubuntu so any advice for ubuntu will work on pop, for videos wise you'll have to find one specific to your computer. mostly tho it's just you have to make a bootable usb using ventoy or smth, find out how to choose what to boot from and choose the usb on your computer, then setup popos or whatever it is that you plan to use. also before doing all that shrink your windows partition so that there is space for the linux one, then put the linux one in the empty space (make sure not to overwrite anything)

the pgup and the 3 arrow keys around it broke so it i used duct tape it hold down the things registering key presses. but i rarely use them bc its annoying i just remapped some keys on the numpad to be arrow keys
and my trackpoint got thrown out i should really buy a new one for it
