Incense bugs and other unresponsiveness

The bot is currently facing an issue where incenses are bugged and aren't sending spawn messages properly. There are also other issues revolving responsiveness (e.g. battling, trading, etc).

We are investigating this and looking to fix this as soon as possible. Extremely sorry for the inconveniences! If you want an incense refund please open a ticket in our support server @ https://discord.gg/poketwo-support and provide the following screenshots (for each incense):

1. You buying the incense

2. The bot malfunctioning (not sending spawns, not responding to commands, etc)
3. Please do p!stopincense now in the same channel as the incense, confirm if it asks and send a screenshot of that

In Regards to Generation 8 Pokémon, certain Event Pokémon, Meltan & Melmetal Getting Moves
They’re already being planned to be added in the future. The only thing is that when moves are added, they have to be double-checked carefully so as not to be buggy. They should arrive when the battle fix is added to Pokétwo. (Most of the fixes are for Status Moves, Pokémon having 5 moves instead of just 4, and adding moves in general).
For the moment, we ask you to be patient since Oliver can get busy.

• Zigzagoon and Tauros having a space background - easter egg.
• Missing Pokémon slots (ie. no Pokémon 12 but you have Pokémon 13), Pokémon no. 0, duplicate numbers - use p!reindex to resolve.
• Pokétwo being slow/lagging - this is most likely an issue with Discord, not the bot. There's nothing that can be done about it, so don't ask for it to be fixed.
