What's a shard?

Shard is something that makes the bot handle command and events easier.

Example

If a bot is in 2k+ servers, discord recommends bots to shard depending on the servers they are in. So if a bot is in 10k servers, they need around 6-13 shards.

Shards Map

Shard 1 handling 1,500 servers,
Shard 2 handling 1,500 servers,
Shard 3 handling 1,500 servers, etc```

So if a shard 3 is down, 1500 servers will see the bot as down but the other shards sees the bot as up

Spawns are based on chat activity. Adding the bot alone wont spawn anything

the bot has been very volatile lately, maybe its just been down when you tried? Make sure the bot has access to the channels you want it to watch too. And use the redirect command to make sure they spawn in that channel. But there has to be chat activity to make them spawn. If no one is talking = no spawns

Shard is something that makes the bot handle command and events easier.

Example

If a bot is in 2k+ servers, discord recommends bots to shard depending on the servers they are in. So if a bot is in 10k servers, they need around 6-13 shards.

So if a shard 3 is down, 1500 servers will see the bot as down but the other shards sees the bot as up

1. staff can’t view appeal forms so please don’t pull my name up for that conversation when it’s something out of my hands.
   2)if you were suspended for whatever reason it’s more than likely due to association, use of an autocatcher, or crosstrading. (These being the main 3).
