Chances are you're logged into the wrong account. Check top.gg to make sure you're logged into the right account. It helps a lot to log out of top.gg, and then log back in. Don't have another account? Check anyway. 90% of the people who report this problem and say they don't have another account actually do and just never realized.
Also, top.gg uses a different login session from Discord's. If you change accounts in Discord, you don't necessarily change accounts in top.gg. You have to log out of top.gg, and then log back in to switch accounts.
Lastly, voting is handled on an entirely separate server from the main bot, so you are able to vote and receive rewards even when the bot is down. Do not use the bot being down as an excuse to try to get an extra box.
If you checked all the above but still didn't get rewards, then please let us know and we can check. However, in most cases, it is not the bot's issue. In the unlikely event that top.gg or the bot undergoes issues, it will be announced.

First of all, they've done that - but the problem is, it is too late. They don't know that the bot is going to go down until it actually goes down, at which point locking channels doesn't help.
Secondly, it costs them money to upgrade storage, and they're likely not making money from the bot so they don't get any of that. Upgrading storage also does not help when so many users are spamming commands so hard.
Thirdly, what are "except giving random excuses like you" and "everyone knows only 1 codes" supposed to mean? I am not giving "random excuses" - and even if you aren't blaming the actual founder (I don't want to say his name because I think it pings him), the other developers are also working very hard. They have to work a lot to do all this work and I think that they should be appreciated for this, and not yelled at.
It's really not worth yelling at people who are working around the clock to try to help and make things better because you lost a few coins for a few months in a game that is really just meant to make Discord a bit more fun.

If you find the image does not match pokemon name this is likely due to a lag spike causing an image to spawn while the bot did not receive the pokemon to send. Here are a few things you can do:
- Make sure you're spelling the name correctly
- Do
p!hand try to figure out the pokemon based on the hint - Send the hint to #whos-that-pokémon to see if someone else knows the pokemon
While these can help you catch the pokemon in the hint you can not catch the pokemon in the image if you notice the hint doesn't match
