We recommend redeemspawning in a private server to not get sniped.

If you have/had any running incense, or a redeem that was lost, DM a mod or helper with screenshots of 1) you buying the incense/redeem 2) the bot not working (e.g. not letting you catch the pokemon) 3) how many pokemon you've lost incase of a bugged incense.

Negative Boxes After Voting
If you open your boxes and see that there is a negative amont this is due to a lag spike causing multiple boxes to open at once. This means you opened boxes you shouldn't of had, causing the count to go negative. If this does occur check your redeems, pokemon, and coins to see what you have gained from the extra boxes. The next time you vote the boxes will go up one, (if you have -1 boxes you will have 0 after voting) it wont go positive since you have already gained those rewards.

That’s a possibility. Usually whenever the bot dies and users vote it won’t actually give them the box so they won’t have anything when the bot comes back on. It’s an annoying occurrence but it happens frequently.

For people who have the DMs problem with battling, here is how to fix it. This may not work for everyone, and it may not be the only way, but I'll show you a way that worked for me and other people.
STEP 1: If the DMs aren't showing in battle your current battle, cancel and restart.
STEP 2: Use the p!battle a command in the DMs with Poketwo. Other text or commands might work, but I use p!battle a. In your DMs it will say 'You aren't in battle!' and that is what is supposed to happen. Then try adding ur pokemon in the channel where you are battling
STEP 3: Your DMs should pop up, and select the emoji for the move you want to do. Only that one move will work, and that is fine. Cancel that battle.
STEP 4: Restart a new battle and it should work normally. If it still doesn't work idk what else is there to do
