If you find the image does not match pokemon name this is likely due to a lag spike causing an image to spawn while the bot did not receive the pokemon to send. Here are a few things you can do:
- Make sure you're spelling the name correctly
- Do
p!hand try to figure out the pokemon based on the hint - Send the hint to #whos-that-pokémon to see if someone else knows the pokemon
While these can help you catch the pokemon in the hint you can not catch the pokemon in the image if you notice the hint doesn't match

I've had the same frustrating bug 2 days in a row where I voted for the bot using the vote command, top.gg thanks me for voting. I want to open my votecrate, only to get to the conclusion that for whatever reason the bot didn't register my vote. I managed to save my streak this morning because it wanted to work again, but now I'm risking to lose my streak again and it's kinda annoying (I'm at a 200+ streak 😦 )

it happens sometimes and is not a bug its just the random amount of chats that trigger a spawn.
Like if your Guild has multiple channels and people are talking simultaneously then two spawns might happen at same time

In a server I own, a Pokémon spawned around the time Pokétwo went down. Someone tried to catch it (it's their shiny hunt) but it didn't. They've since tries multiple times to catch it, and it still won't let them. Is there anything we can do?

Our incense stopped working twice and we missed 15 pokemon. Once it was back, it started from 108 even though it glitched at 111. What's more, we couldn't even catch the 108th pokemon and it started lagging. All the pokemon started spawning in one go and we can't catch any of them. In all, we missed around 50 pokemon.

Meltan is a strange case of a Pokemon. It was introduced in Pokémon GO, and there it evolves into Melmetal by using 400 Meltan Candy. It cannot be evolved in other games and it didnt have a moveset untill gen 8 eventhough it was released in gen 7. Therefore, it can neither evolve here nor learn moves (untill gen 8 is added).
