Negative Boxes After Voting
If you open your boxes and see that there is a negative amont this is due to a lag spike causing multiple boxes to open at once. This means you opened boxes you shouldn't of had, causing the count to go negative. If this does occur check your redeems, pokemon, and coins to see what you have gained from the extra boxes. The next time you vote the boxes will go up one, (if you have -1 boxes you will have 0 after voting) it wont go positive since you have already gained those rewards.

I bought an incense and it was pretty buggy. Spawns would sometimes be a minute or two apart or less than a second apart. Another thing is that one of the better spawns was an incineroar that didn’t seem to register any attempts to catch it.

For incense: a large amount of spawns have to be lost to be eligible for a refund, one or two missed spawns does not warrant a full refund.

Negative Boxes After Voting
If you open your boxes and see that there is a negative amont this is due to a lag spike causing multiple boxes to open at once. This means you opened boxes you shouldn't of had, causing the count to go negative. If this does occur check your redeems, pokemon, and coins to see what you have gained from the extra boxes. The next time you vote the boxes will go up one, (if you have -1 boxes you will have 0 after voting) it wont go positive since you have already gained those rewards.

Do what i did, i knew if i stayed here, i would never catch any. So i joined an easier yet competeive enough server till i was fast enough to catch without looking at my keyboard and after that, i came here and was able to catch (not too many cuz there will always be people who are more experienced than you) but enough catches to be satisfied. I reccomend you do the same. you can find servers with Poketwo in them by searching poketwo on top.gg or disboard.

no need to apologize. I’m trying to read up more - apparently sharding means creating multiple instances of the bot logging in to the same bot account. So there may at least one shard that’s down that we happen to be sharing for pokétwo. Dunno if that’s something we can do on our end or if it ends up fixing itself

I'm not sure, but it's kinda wrong to just show 2 items instead of 3, or put a limit on opening it or else other people might fall into it and think they were scammed
