if it helps any with the outage im in a server with a bot that is only active in two servers total, the testing server and the main server, all coded by one person

and the bot was having trouble with this around 9 hours ago and has intermittent issues all day

we think it was because of issues connecting to the Discors API

Now it can't, only way to get it is

• Rolls a dice to find out what mon you get

That's what happened for you to get chicombusken

They removed it from the event pool so less chance of getting one

If two compatible pokémon are kept in the daycare, there is a chance they'll produce an egg as you catch pokémon. Higher the compatibility, higher the chance.

Eggs will produce offspring that may inherit IVs, moves, egg moves, etc. from the parents. The species of the offspring is always the first in the mother's or non-Ditto parent's evolution line, with a couple exceptions.

Eggs will complete cycles as you chat. Every 12 messages completes an egg cycle. An egg will hatch when all of its cycles are completed.

I don't know if this may help with diagnosis, but the bot, when I hover over it, shows it's online. But it is still in the 'offline' section of the members list.
