I think I might be having an issue with the event backgrounds.

I've gotten the 'Autumn 2025 | Rainy Days' background twice in bundles (the second one got converted to shards), but it doesn't appear in my backgrounds. It only appears in the display backgrounds category... I've checked every page. I'd like to have it as my whole background but it's just not there. And I've received it twice from the event bundles already

I’ve had problems before with redeeming a pokemon and not being able to catch it. It took the deems but even hours later I couldn’t catch the pokemon. I redeemed another after and caught it no problems. It only happened like 2 times in the span of a few weeks so I wasn’t too bothered.

is there anything planned about the incense lag? in one server we try to run whenever the ping seems stable, and then the moment we resume, the bot lags really bad within one spawn.

I know the bot is down right now dw, but we haven't been able to have a successful incense run.

other servers are able to run 200, 150, etc., with minimum pauses but we're trying to run 150 with 20second spawns and it lags really bad. even just a singular incense in the server lags

we have only been able to run one round, and the second round has been on pause for three days because it just keeps crashing in our server

Clearing the market MAY BE a temporary solution but it wont be a permanent one, i think they should implement a 30day only market where if any listing is not bought within 30 days it would be returned to the owner where they can put it up again

These Pokématronics get a bit quirky at night. But don't worry, it's probably just a program glitch. They wander a bit and each night you'll encounter a new one. But you should be okay as long as you and the others complete your security tasks in time to keep the power up.

Night 1 has passed and you've learned a few things: Each night a new Pokématronic will start appearing in the wild or in boxes. You must submit a security report guessing which pokémon you think it will be based on. If majority of players get it right, it'll receive a small boost in spawns/chances. Complete security tasks to reach goals as a community each night to keep the power on. If you manage to do that, you'll get a small clue to help with your report.

I only a have a lil idea that chat tracking per user might be causing lag, as only this lag (as far as i know) showed up after breeding (we had huge lag right away after the update).
