Pokemon haven’t been spawning in our server for a while unless someone is using incense and I’m not sure what changed or how it happened. We’ve tried fixing it a couple times, but it never spawns on its own now

I'm not in a trade and I haven't reindexed. I'm not stupid and I'm not that forgetful. I've been using poketwo for almost a year now. I know the basics of the commands and how you gotta wait and all that jazz. It has never taken more than 15 min to get a result from a command unless there was a bug or the bot was down. I know a lot of people come in here like, "The bot is down!" When really they aren't actually tagging the bot in their commands or they're misspelling something, but that's not what this is bc I'm not the only one experiencing it in some of my servers. Its not user error
