Almost an hour later it started spawning but we couldn’t pause or catch any of them and it was also bugged (they all said there were 168 spawns left). Hi, I need help with an issue we're facing in my server during Pokétwo battles.
When I start a /battle with a friend, both of us are able to select our Pokémon, and the battle officially starts. However, after that, neither of us receive the DM from Pokétwo to choose our moves.

We’ve already tried the following:

Used /battle end and restarted multiple times

Confirmed that our DMs are open and Pokétwo is not blocked

We can still catch Pokémon and use other commands normally

Despite all this, we’re still stuck with no move selection prompts in DM.
Is this a known issue or something we can fix? Appreciate any help!

I can't take a proper screenshot, but I think there is an error in trying to catch Fidough. The bot is running, it will send ping responses when requested in the same channel, but it won't allow the mon to be caught, nor will it give an error message when deliberately guessing the name wrong

To prevent level up messages from appearing:
@Pokétwo#8236 silence - to hide only your own level up messages
@Pokétwo#8236 serversilence - to hide level up messages on the entire server
Note: you cannot redirect level up messages!

To prevent Pokétwo from responding to commands in certain channels:
You need to disable its permissions to send messages in those channels. For a guide on how to do that, do ?tag setup3 in #support-bot-commands. Make sure to keep read permissions enabled so that messages still count towards spawning.
⚠️ Note that if you do this, you also need to run the @Pokétwo#8236 redirect command separately, or Pokétwo will still try to spawn the Pokémon without being able to send the messages!

This can sometimes happen when you copy paste commands.

How do i make sure i ping the bot or the role?

Tap the ping, if the bot profile doesnt show up, that means you pinged the role.

For a permanent solution, rename the bot's assigned role to something else if you have the permission.
