it's intentional because removing a pokemon if the slot hasn't progressed yet probably doesn't need confirmation right (removing first cancels the slot, so during the 2nd's turn there's no effect)

yeah it doesnt have a confirmation if, say, the pokemon are incompatible or there's only one pokemon in the slot. so checking that for each pokemon is easier in the code than checking both and for conditions where we dont need a confirmation and then deciding and then removing each

Metagross shouldn't have Explosion among its Egg Moves

1. it can't inherit the move because it's gender unknown and can therefore only breed with Ditto
2. it's never actually been able to learn the move this way in the games; instead, it's learned via Reminder in Generation IX
   if it's going to be able to learn Explosion, it should be a Level 0 move
   edited to add: I've heard a few other mons have this issue, like Lugia learning Dragon Rush or Entei and Suicune learning Extreme Speed

Some move tutor movesets need to be removed from data as they aren't even obtainable from the breeding method
Examples like Metagross with explosion above;

• 1. Solar Blade Ceruledge
• 2. Ice Hammer Tinkaton
• 3. Sacred Fire & Extreme Speed Entei, Sheer Cold & Extreme Speed Suicune
• 4. Dragon Rush Lugia
• 5. All Paradox seem to have either Sunny Day or Electric Terrain, Gouging Fire has other moves such as Double Kick in Egg Moves

Basically, when a pokémon is caught Pokétwo first checks if the spawn message exists in the channel, then it runs some other unrelated checks and then it deletes the spawn in the channel (making it unable to be caught again) and gives you the pokémon.

Double catches happen within the small time gap between checking the existence, deleting the spawn and when the other unrelated checks is going on. If someone else's catch command passes its own existence check during this time frame, then that other catch command is also free to then give the pokémon.

• This is called a race condition because 2 instances are racing between each other's checks so to say.

Hi - the bot is not really working at all in this server for incense. It is skipping spawns. It’s not catching Pokemon. It’s registering catches a few spawns later. what happens is that the pokemon you do get will be the id similar to the total pokemon you have, not accounting for the extra ids from reindexing.
you can search them up by pokemon name and they will be there, but not at the latest spot

I am aware you are all aware that the bot is slow. But right now it takes at least 10mins for the command p --evo koiking --breedable to load, if it loads at all..

Now I'm aware that putting --lim on it will be quicker, but I'm trying to breed new ones with old ones for better compatibility.. mainly because it sometimes goes like 150-200 catches before the bloody fish will get busy..

The bots decreasing pace (slower everyday btw) combined with celibate fish are making this otherwise great event imo quite a chore.

Can I suggest an extension? Just so we have time for the command to load maybe?

There’s a flaw with basculegion’s eggs. Basculegion should only produce white striped basculins since only this form of basculin goes to basculegion. White striped basculin (which is from hisui and kitakami, dex page should be fixed as well) is a different form exclusive to that line, not a regional form.
