So uh! Im bugged? I was trying to buy a shiny gothita off the market from a friend as a thank you gift. They removed it from the market the same second I purchased it. They received the pokecoins but I did not receive the gothita. When I type @honest fiber p —n gothita —sh, it shows there is one as id 16464. Normally it would be at your latest catch with the highest id. When I try to info id 16464, it shows a lickitung.

in the actual Pokémon games, Speed stats determine who moves first in the event of moves with the same priority being used
but in this bot it's the user who sent the duel request who gets priority in the event of Speed ties (iirc) and priority ties

If you find the image does not match pokemon name this is likely due to a lag spike causing an image to spawn while the bot did not receive the pokemon to send. Here are a few things you can do:

1. Make sure you're spelling the name correctly
2. Do @Pokétwo#8236 hint and try to figure out the pokemon based on the hint
3. Send the hint to #whos-that-pokémon to see if someone else knows the pokemon
   While these can help you catch the pokemon in the hint you can not catch the pokemon in the image if you notice the hint doesn't match

I just looked through the list of spawnrates and noticed that Poltchageist's spawnrate is the same as that of fully evolved Pokémon (1/3844) despite the fact that it is not fully evolved, and Sinistcha's spawnrate is the same as that of regional forms (1/15375) despite the fact that it is not a regional form
moreover, the Loyal Three and Ogerpon are four times likelier to spawn than other Legendary Pokémon, with a spawnrate of 1/15375 (the same as regional forms) instead of 1/61500
Dipplin at least has the same spawnrate as Applin's other evolutions, so nothing needs fixing there

other spawnrate anomalies (which existed before the above were added) include:

• Galarian Zigzagoon is rarer than its evolved form, Galarian Linoone, and has the same spawnrate as Obstagoon
• Galarian Darumaka is rarer than its evolved form, Galarian Darmanitan
• despite being a branched evolution from Galarian Slowpoke, Galarian Slowking is rarer than Galarian Slowbro

u might appear first on ur screen, but what counts is the total round trip time it takes for ur data packet to travel. therefore if u rly want to check if u were first (or where ur msg ranked), u can refresh ur discord or ask others who appeared first on ur screen.

it's also possible that you're pinging the role, which is why the bot isn't responding to you. see ?tag ping issue.

megas have a different number in the pokedex, they are not consecutive with their unevolved forms. I dont recall the exact numbers, but they are in the 10,000s whereas venusaur is #3.

this is the same for form pokemon like defense deoxys which is @Pokétwo#8236 d #10002

technically it is ordered by pokedex, ours is just formatted so that forms do not change pokemons real dex numbers

this is because currently oinkolognes gender in the dex is mismatched, as it is defined 100% male (for some reason). the bot will fix "incorrect" genders when nickname change is applied, which in the case of incorrect gender rate causes it to unintentionally swap back to male oinkologne. you should be able to keep a female one if you don´t nickname it

If you find the image does not match pokemon name this is likely due to a lag spike causing an image to spawn while the bot did not receive the pokemon to send. Here are a few things you can do:

1. Make sure you're spelling the name correctly
2. Do @Pokétwo#8236 hint and try to figure out the pokemon based on the hint
3. Send the hint to #whos-that-pokémon to see if someone else knows the pokemon
   While these can help you catch the pokemon in the hint you can not catch the pokemon in the image if you notice the hint doesn't match

I've confirmed that this was indeed a bug caused by double bids at the same time.

This bug happens when two bids are done at the exact same time, and one of the two bidders don't get their outbid pc back. The bidder prior to the double bids also receives their bid back twice.
