They’re already being planned to be added in the future. The only thing is that when moves are added, they have to be double-checked carefully so as not to be buggy. They should arrive when the battle fix is added to Pokétwo. (Most of the fixes are for Status Moves, Pokémon having 5 moves instead of just 4, and adding moves in general).
For the moment, we ask you to be patient since Oliver can get busy.

only the @honest fiber pick command was not responded
also you mentioned that the command does work in other servers
so I don't think it's a bug from bot's side, one likely possible reason is that you didn't mention the bot correctly, check the following tag

If you find the image does not match pokemon name this is likely due to a lag spike causing an image to spawn while the bot did not receive the pokemon to send. Here are a few things you can do:

1. Make sure you're spelling the name correctly
2. Do p!h and try to figure out the pokemon based on the hint
3. Send the hint to #whos-that-pokémon to see if someone else knows the pokemon
   While these can help you catch the pokemon in the hint you can not catch the pokemon in the image if you notice the hint doesn't match

reindex is used after you trade, sell, or release pokemon. After you do this the pokemons id number disappears, and creates a gap. In some cases you can have a pokemon with a 0 id number, or two pokemon with the same id number. p!reindex will fill these gaps / double ids and make sure the pokemon have the correct id numbers.

I have an issue with one of the users on my server. Poketwo doesn't respond to their commands (e.g. catch), but it seems to level up their pokemon when they chat in the server. Does anyone know what might be going on? For example, the user will type the catch command, it won't work. Then I'll type the exact same thing, and Poketwo will give me the catch. Trying to load their profile, or their pokemon doesn't do anything, but when I type the exact same command, Poketwo responds to me.
