Plus beforehand it seemed to be a little slow with picking up the commands as my mate use the command to catch a Silvally, but didn't catch, then someone else caught it straight away

You don't have to do that! Fix it by copying and running the following command exactly:

2. Are you copying the mention from another message?
This is a little buggy. Type @honest fiber yourself instead of copying it, it should work that way.

3. Make sure to tag @honest fiber Itself, not the role with the same name!

4. Make sure there is only one space after the mention!

In Regards to Generation 8+ Pokémon (mostly Galar and Hisui region Pokémon), Meltan & Melmetal Getting Moves
They’re already being planned to be added in the future. The only thing is that when moves are added, they have to be double-checked carefully so as not to be buggy. They should arrive when the battle fix is added to Pokétwo. (Most of the fixes are for Status Moves, Pokémon having 5 moves instead of just 4, and adding moves in general).
For the moment, we ask you to be patient since Oliver can get busy.

24 Valid Messages in the entire server are required to spawn 1 pokemon.

Valid Message Definition

1. is sent 1.5 seconds or more apart for each user.
2. is counted 1 second or more apart for the entire server.
3. is not a Poketwo Bot Command.
4. is not a message from a Bot.

Incense and Redeem are other methods to spawn Pokémon.
Check ?tag incense? and ?tag redeem? for more information respectively.

If pokemon do not spawn

1 Make sure the bot has the following permissions:

View Channel, Read Message History, Send Messages

2 Kick and reinvite the bot might be able to get the bot to function.
If the bot does not send the welcome message after reinviting, the bot may be in an outage.

Change to Pokétwo's Prefix and Deprecation of Custom Prefixes

Due to limitations imposed by Discord (https://support-dev.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404772028055-Message-Content-Privileged-Intent-FAQ),
from 17th August 2022 onwards, Pokétwo commands must be used with the mention prefix (@honest fiber). Both the current default prefix "p!", and the custom prefix that you may have set in your own server(s) will not work anymore. Here is an example:

Old: p!help
New: @honest fiber help

DO NOT change the custom prefix in your server(s) to @honest fiber, otherwise, the bot will no longer respond to the mention prefix. If you have changed the custom prefix to @honest fiber, you may reset it with "@Pokétwo#8236prefix reset".

Nope, it's starts exactly where it was. Example, you kick when 89 spawns are left. When you get it back, it spawns with 88 left. Tried it many times and always worked.
At this point, you don't need to wait for refund and you have it in your own hands

I use the method only, when the bot isn't responding at all. But it looks like, that your server/bot is having an other problem. Since it's responding to the ping command etc.

If you find the image does not match pokemon name this is likely due to a lag spike causing an image to spawn while the bot did not receive the pokemon to send. Here are a few things you can do:

1. Make sure you're spelling the name correctly
2. Do p!h and try to figure out the pokemon based on the hint
3. Send the hint to #whos-that-pokémon to see if someone else knows the pokemon
   While these can help you catch the pokemon in the hint you can not catch the pokemon in the image if you notice the hint doesn't match

Check if you are trading with someone
If you are executing commands and find that the bot does not respond to certain commands, the reason may be you are trading with someone else without realizing it (the bot is not sending "You can't do that in a trade!" now for some reasons). Anyway, you can always test if you are in a trade and cancel it with @Pokétwo#8236 trade cancel.

Due to limitations imposed by Discord (https://support-dev.discord.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404772028055-Message-Content-Privileged-Intent-FAQ), from 17th August 2022 onwards, Pokétwo commands must be used with the mention prefix (@honest fiber). Both the current default prefix "p!", and the custom prefix that you may have set in your own server(s) will not work anymore. Here is an example:

This is a little buggy. Type @honest fiber yourself instead of copying it, it should work that way.

reindex is used after you trade, sell, or release pokemon. After you do this the pokemons id number disappears, and creates a gap. In some cases you can have a pokemon with a 0 id number, or two pokemon with the same id number. p!reindex will fill these gaps / double ids and make sure the pokemon have the correct id numbers.
