I've come to the conclusion that I prolly need something similar to an accountability partner. (Maybe get in VC together regularly while we work on stuffs in order to maintain focus) Preferably with some of the same goals (overall self improvement and music) but am unsure where to acquire one of these. Do you have any ideas/recommendations?

I'm "flexible" in my hamstrings, rotator cuff, etc., but some things are abysmal

I can't run/jump much without hurting later (or sometimes during), and squatting or reaching over head feels impossible

I can give you examples. Flexibility is like the splits. Mobility is being able to get out of bed

Some people use them interchangeably, but otherwise mobility = strength + flexibility

I think of it as a "usable" range of motion: you may be able to lower into the front splits, but can you reach those deep positions when running, cutting, etc.?
