Turns out the USDM headlight flare scales were out of whack

Vivace vanilla: low beam 0.05, high beam 0.07
Émoussé USDM: low beam 0.07 high beam 0.6

This car was made with SSRG's megamod, vivace SV Arsenic and More parts by Nathiiou (MPN) for FCV (seems it for the front jumper, replace side caches by real grids and replace Factory grids by more aerated ones)

QOL update time

adding the rear mudflaps, roof scoop and some other rally parts, fixed the screen as well

i figured i might as well fix it up a bit for the few people that use it

also updating various configs

i never realised the amount of issues this thing had but im not gonna fix em all, too much effort for a mod which isnt the best to begin with
