you get modular headlights mod off workshop first
get ypur body, make an outline of your desired shape with small bumper molding fixtures
use the red square cutout and cut out the inside of said shape
use mdhl bits to fill in the insides of the light
use the patches from the square cutout fixture from body molding to make your own light glass shape
adjust the outer molding as needed and paint it plastic/dark material/chrome to make it look like a tiny body gap

I am absolutely useless with the Jbeam side of things, to be honest. I can make some good looking cars in Automation and export them to BeamNG, but that's about it, unfortunately. There are some people out there who have made some incredibly detailed Automation mods though, perhaps you could learn a thing or two from them, provided they're willing to teach you.

I like the front and the back of the car.
Sedan cars do not have wipers at the rear window, even though it would be wonders at a functionality point of view. It looks out, probably because I have a sedan in RL and I'm used to seeing it without a wiper.
The front panel looks a bit off, but I guess it is part of the design as the lines are perfectly aligned.
The rear reminds of a Chrysler model, but I can't get my head around as to which one it is.

There are mods that add interior fixtures, but you do not need them to create an interior. The game comes with a selection of various interior parts for you to use. These are found in the interior tab of the car designer, and you must use the 3D fixture positioning feature to move the fixtures inside the car.

Don't worry, it just takes practice. Everyone has to start somewhere, even mine were completely rubbish to begin with! Try to find a few pictures of a car, such as the '05 Ford Mustang, and use them as reference images. Keep looking back and forth to find the right fixtures, resize them, use the mirror feature if needed, and repeat! Then the rest is up to good old practice!
