Yeah, go to the fixtures tab and find the steering wheels, and more stuff in fixtures, and drag them on from there

grab this dummy mod on the automation workshop, make sure you are using 3d mode (circled in picture) then drag it where you think they would sit

you can use it as a rough ballpark to see where you need to place the pedal, wheel, seat fixtures

you need a dash filler so you cant see through the front dash like a 2nd gen ram

there is a interior fixture tab in automation but if you feel something else may fit a certain spot better you can find it elsewhere

the hardest thing is finding the fixture that fits it well and hides the jank
