first. make a folder in the unpacked mod folder. name it something like "crazy grabber mod" then, make another folder titled "vehicles" and inside the "vehicles" folder. make ANOTHER folder named the vehicle you are making the mod for EX: bastion but replace that with the dump truck file name

i feel like most of the optimizations we've been getting have been to do with cars/graphics/file size, when a huge amount of resources can be saved through rendering less of the map
