you can make as many weth offers as you wish
lets say you have 1 weth
you can place as many offers as you want up to 1 weth
but as soon as someone accepts your offer, all other offers will get canceled

97% likely arent interested in selling theirs for any price
otherwise they would have it listed for sale
but even so, its hit or miss if someone will see or choose to accept your offer if you place one
even if the clone you're placing an offer on is listed for sale
you would also have to check the current offers for each clone
and of course offer higher than any other offer
