You sure it says it a malicious contract? To make transfer via OS, you need to allow OS to operate on given contract. As as such Metamask just warns people it could be risky, and if you do that that mean you allow someone else to use nft on that exact contract as they wish.
That's why it's important to check if that's an seaport who request that and message was prompted from Opensea. If someone else ask this and that's not from opensea website, you should stop what you doing and don't sign anything (since it's possible that it's a wallet drainer asking for permission to send over nfts)
