the left screenshot is buggy
because texture issues when running in vulkan
you can see green boxes on the screen, those are supposed to be coordinates
(thats in the hornet using the ATFLIR targetting pod)
maybe not a very common thing to use but sometimes you want it 🙂

Hey man i've been trying to follow this tutorial but its for steam and as you know dcs didnt work oon steam for me. I downloaded it via wine and i use lutrix to start it. For some reason when i add it through steam it just doesnt work.
How can i do theese settings?
I asked gemini abt it and it said a program named "antimicrox" its fine but kinda confusing.. You got any ideas?

Hello! I was following a tutorial online and ran into a snag. After I run

It dumps me to an empty console after a ProtonFixes window shows up for a few seconds.

- MAPS WORK!!! :D Also charts work too.
Updated guide to use 2.7 instead of 2.6 in directories. Haven't tested reinstalling it but the process should be the same.
might do some GCI or ATC practice on a server soon to make sure everything's working smooth

Weird thing: Opentrack running on XCB stops keyboard input from going to DCS. But you can get keyboard input to work by focusing on Opentrack, then Discord (maybe other things work?) then DCS. I am convinced that there is some witchcraft going on making my game not work.
Also of note: Opentrack won't register for DCS for some reason. Will look through more tutorials wrong umu enabled launcher setting i think

ok yep that was the issue for #2 and for #1 this is definitely black magic
seems like any application on the monitor DCS is on (rightmost for me) then focusing on DCS restores keyboard support
oh apparently my rudders are bound to my throttle too :D
