Does anyone have any advice on how to access this farm? I've googled it a few times and so far I've completed everything people have suggested.
All skills are at 30, I've finished the tree and the caves. This is the last farm left. I'm on my fifth playthrough and have never reached this farm.

If i remember correctly this farm was initially planned but cut out for some reason - instead you just get the foraging area after the lush caves. I don't really know the full story though. It's been referenced before, I can try to find the discussions on it.
