I don't really know how this game works, gonna be honest. I heard from him some people "make their arms longer" artificially to have a competitive advantage, by using mods on steam vr. For one he is 6 foot 4, and plays the game directly off the oculus itself, he doesn't have a PC unlike me.

Appeals and interventions are a completely different group of people who are, again, completely anonymous. Only THEY decide who gets banned and who's appeals get accepted or not.
