The reason why its lagging in your oculus and not your pc is because virutual desktop sends the output of whats happening to your monitor to your headset. and their is alot of latency there. thats why link cables are better for pcvr if you are using the quest 2

i know people with really good computers and virtual desktop is still glitchy for them

you can do some adjusting to make the gameplay feel smoother but for me and some of my friends that still didnt help much.

but alot of times with things people have diffrent outcomes so if it runs smooth for you nice
