You can either, go to the browser app in VR and email yourself, send it to google drive, upload it straight to discord, etc. But if you want to sync it to your phone, just go to the video on your VR and click the share button in the top right (I think) and press sync (if you have the oculus app on your phone and already have it set up and singed in)
