That is "bees" it is made by a group called Lhax. there are multiple versions of it, Bees, SwiftBees, and Unnamed Gorilla. all three of them will crash your games but Swiftbees plays music and creepy sounds like what was in your video. i heard the Lhax thing off of Youtube so take that with a grain of salt but the rest i know for sure
