Hey gorilla tag me and my friend D1J0N21 have had a problem with gtag where it says on the computer mothership and way more stuff and I saw a YouTube short about it and somebody said go to storage and delete your save data and you would spawn in tutorial but you will keep your cosmetics so I did that to fix the glitch or whatever and it didn't even work and I lost everything all my cosmetics everything and this happened to my friend D1J0N21 as well and I've spent over £500 on this game D1J0N21 about £150 and we have lost everything our cosmetics we can't even join privates and im wondering is it just a thing for quest 3s players but if it is why did It happen to D1J0N21 how has quest 3 and this happened to other people as well and im wondering can everyone who lost everything just get it back cause it's not fair that we lost everything from a bug and gorilla was my favourite game ever but I'm just feel like quiting without anything cause me and my parents have just lost over £500 to this just please fix this cause I really want my stuff back and I've just lost everything just stop working on VIM for a second and just fix the game please lemming frank everyone here make this message stand out so we can get our stuff back please everyone

Issue: After seeing a “mothership”/computer glitch, I followed advice from a YouTube Short that said to delete save data in storage. It said I would respawn in tutorial and keep cosmetics.
Instead, after doing this, I lost all cosmetics and progress.
My friend D1J0N21 experienced the same issue at the same time.
Platform: Quest 3
What happened:
Computer showed “mothership” / unusual messages
Followed advice to delete save data
Game reset, but cosmetics were NOT kept
Lost all purchased items and progress
Can no longer access private lobbies properly
Extra info:
I have spent over £500
My friend has spent about £150
Issue seems to affect multiple players, possibly Quest 3 users, but not confirmed
Question: Is there any way to restore lost cosmetics or is this a known bug? We did not intend to reset progress permanently—this came from incorrect advice online.
